I am grateful today for my students and the other seniors who are participating in this blog conversation. I am grateful that I am getting to know you better.
I am very grateful for Owen and Austin who have brought more joy to our lives than we could have imagined. I am grateful to their parents who take the time to ichat with us every weekend -- and for their hospitality when we visit. I am grateful that we will be seeing them all in four days!
I am Grateful for the successful completion of my comp paper, for the Christmas season and the hope and joy it brings to me, and also another reason that I'd rather not comment on yet :)
Today I am grateful for the change (a bit for the better) in the weather forecast. I am also grateful for students and athletes who accept their talents as a gift and who work to get better at what they do well.
I'm grateful for christmas spirit, not only from a religious aspect, but because it's the one time of the year when everyone is focused on making other people happy and is less concerned about themselves (like we all tend to be sometimes.) Merry Christmas! :)
December 23 24 I would like to echo comments made by you guys -- I am also grateful for life (I have a great life filled with people who love me); I am grateful for family, and especially for family members who were able to be home for Christmas (my niece who is six weeks old and finally weighs five pounds!); I am grateful for completion of big projects and that I have a good job ( I enjoy teaching and look forward as well for graduation). I am also grateful for giving spirits, especially when we continue to give even after December 25th!
